Delivery of services will take into account the dynamics of human and legal rights, personal aspirations with the flexibility to tailor/adjust services to meet individual needs. Service delivery emphasis will be on participation and choice and this will be achieved by active communication and partnerships between client/families, support workers, management and administration team and the Board of Management.

The purpose of governance is to ensure practices contributing to the well being of the people receiving and delivering services are implemented, monitored and evaluated. A key indicator of success is when people feel happy, valued and needed as citizens.
